Smart Parking is delighted to forge a relationship with Telstra, becoming their preferred supplier of intelligent parking technology in May 2017.

Strategic Partnership with Telstra, Australia

The challenge

Telstra Corporation Limited began their deployment of smart city Internet of Things (IoT) technology in May 2017.

This began with a pilot in Joondalup, Western Australia, where Smart Parking were part of a successful project to provide intelligent parking technology. This technology was designed to monitor vehicle activity, and more importantly to integrate and work alongside other sensors that monitor temperature, humidity, pollution, light, and noise levels.

After a successful launch, Telstra were happy to have Smart Parking on board as a partner and preferred supplier.
