Prime Minister of New Zealand - John Key, visited Smart Parking Cambridge Offices on the 26th April.
He met with Paul Gillespie (our new CEO) and Richard Ludbrook (CFO) firstly for an overview of Smart Parking's history. He was then shown our Comms Room where he viewed SmartRep, our software system. He was shown how it works and what it can do viewing live and historical parking information around the world. He also toured our assembly area for an overview of how our Vehicle Detection Sensors work and the various 'Smart Systems' they can be integrated into. The day was a big success and Smart Parking staff enjoyed meeting the Prime Minister. John Key said Smart Parking is a company that is a 'quite remarkable' example of how technology is changing the global business environment.
